Cebu, QC bettors win P82.1M Lotto 6/42 jackpot
MANILA, Philippines – Two bettors from Cebu and Quezon City hit the jackpot in the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office’s Lotto 6/42 winning Php 82.1 million on Tuesday, April 18, 2023.
The winning combination of 42-21-01-36-23-37 gave a Php 82,139,803.60 payoff.
The ticket was purchased in Cebu City, Cebu and Cubao, Quezon City.

Because of taxes, as provided by the TRAIN Law, lotto winnings are subject to 20 percent tax. This means, Php 16,427,960.72 would be deducted from the winnings.
Also collecting dividends were 92 bettors who won P24,000 each for getting at least 5 digits correctly in the winning combination.
Meanwhile, 2,350 players guessed four of the six winning combination and they will get Php 800 each. 39,558 players won Php 20 each (balik-taya) for guessing three numbers.
Prizes not claimed within a year shall be forfeited.
The Lotto 6/42 is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
The PCSO urged the public to keep on patronizing their lotto games to generate more funds for health programs, medical assistance and services, and charities.
