Negros Occidental bettor wins Php 7.3-M Lotto 6/42 jackpot
MANILA, Philippines – Lone bettor from Negros Occidental hit the jackpot in the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office’s Lotto 6/42 winning Php 7.3 million on Tuesday, February 6, 2024.
The winning combination of 27-23-31-20-14-28 gave a Php 7,341,411.40 payoff.
The ticket was purchased at a lotto outlet in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.

Because of taxes, as provided by the TRAIN Law, lotto winnings are subject to 20 percent tax. This means, Php 1,468,282.28 would be deducted from the winnings.
Also collecting dividends were 38 bettors who won P24,000 each for getting at least 5 digits correctly in the winning combination.
Meanwhile, 1,569 players guessed four of the six winning combination and they will get Php 800 each. 22,598 players won Php 20 each (balik-taya) for guessing three numbers.
Prizes not claimed within a year shall be forfeited.
The Lotto 6/42 was last won on February 1, 2024 by a lucky bettor who bought winning ticket from lotto outlet in Sitio Ulbok, Sariaya, Quezon.
The Lotto 6/42 is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles urged the public to support the agency’s gaming products. This is to raise additional revenue for health initiatives, medical services, and other national charities.
