Bulacan bettor wins Php 5.9M Lotto 6/42 jackpot

MANILA, Philippines – Lone bettor from Bulacan hit the jackpot in the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office’s Lotto 6/42 winning Php 5.9 million on Tuesday, July 4, 2023.

The winning combination of 10-19-31-27-18-25 gave a Php 5,940,000.00 payoff.

The ticket was purchased in Bagong Buhay, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

Because of taxes, as provided by the TRAIN Law, lotto winnings are subject to 20 percent tax. This means, Php 1,188,000 would be deducted from the winnings.

Also collecting dividends were 65 bettors who won P24,000 each for getting at least 5 digits correctly in the winning combination.

Meanwhile, 2,834 players guessed four of the six winning combination and they will get Php 800 each. 33,716 players won Php 20 each (balik-taya) for guessing three numbers.

Prizes not claimed within a year shall be forfeited.

The Lotto 6/42 was last won on July 1, 2023 by a lucky bettor who bought the winning ticket from lotto outlet in Manuela Subs., Las Piñas, Metro Manila.

The Lotto 6/42 is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles urged the public to support the agency’s gaming products in order to raise additional revenue for health initiatives, medical services, and other national charities.
