Cavite and Iloilo bettors win P29.7-million Grand Lotto jackpot

MANILA, Philippines – Two lucky bettors from Cavite and Iloilo bagged the Php 29.7 million jackpot prize of Monday night, May 22, 2023 Grand Lotto 6/55 draw.

In an advisory, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced on Tuesday that the winner will take home the Php 29,700,000.00 jackpot prize.

The winning combination was 28-32-12-09-18-50 and the lucky ticket was purchased in Bacoor, Cavite and Iloilo City, Iloilo.

10 bettors who guessed five correct numbers won second prize and will receive PHP100,000 each.

Meanwhile, 627 players guessed four of the six winning combination and they will get Php 1,500 each. 14,534 players won Php 60 each for guessing three numbers.

To claim their cheques, the bettors must go to the PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City and present the winning ticket and two ID cards.

As provided under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law, lotto winnings of more than P10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax.

The Grand Lotto 6/55 was last won on May 6, 2023 by solo bettor who purchased ticket at a lotto outlet in San Pedro, Laguna.

The Grand Lotto 6/55 is drawn every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

PCSO urged the public to keep on patronizing their games to generate more funds for health programs, medical assistance and services, and charities.
