E-Lotto bettor bags Php 27-M Lotto 6/42 jackpot
MANILA, Philippines – Lone bettor who bought ticket from the E-Lotto app hit the jackpot in the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office’s Lotto 6/42 winning over Php 27 million on Thursday, July 11, 2024.
The solo bettor was the third major lotto winner using the E-Lotto platform.
The winning combination of 41-36-08-07-11-23 gave a Php 27,450,306.20 payoff.

Because of taxes, as provided by the TRAIN Law, lotto winnings are subject to 20 percent tax. This means, Php 5,490,061.24 would be deducted from the winnings.
Also collecting dividends were 47 bettors who won P24,000 each for getting at least 5 digits correctly in the winning combination.
Meanwhile, 1,763 players guessed four of the six winning combination and they will get Php 800 each. 27,264 players won Php 20 each (balik-taya) for guessing three numbers.
Prizes not claimed within a year shall be forfeited.
The Lotto 6/42 was last won on June 22, 2024 by solo bettor who bought his/her winning ticket from lotto outlet in Cabuyao City, Laguna.
On June 21, lone bettor from Lucena City, Quezon, won a whopping Php 150.3 million in the Ultra Lotto with purchased ticket through the E-Lotto app.
On January 17 this year, one lucky bettor who won Php 698.8M in Grand Lotto, was the first jackpot winner of the agency’s E-Lotto platform.
However, PCSO is set to stop the operations of current E-Lotto system to give way to the new and improved platform. Beginning July 13 (Saturday), PCSO E-Lotto will no longer be available for buying tickets and users are advised to purchase tickets through lotto outlets.
The Lotto 6/42 is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles urged the public to support the agency’s gaming products. This is to raise additional revenue for health initiatives, medical services, and other national charities.
