Laguna bettor wins Php 30.2-M Mega Lotto jackpot
Mega Lotto Jackpot Winner – A bettor from Laguna bagged Php 30.2 million jackpot prize of Monday night, August 5, 2024 Mega Lotto 6/45 draw.
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the bettor guessed the winning combination of 01-23-20-16-27-03. The total jackpot prize was Php 30,221,261.80.
The ticket was bought from a lotto outlet in West Drive, Trade Center, Calamba, Laguna.
57 bettors who guessed five correct numbers won second prize and will receive Php 32,000 each.
Meanwhile, 2,010 players guessed four of the six winning combination and they will get Php 1,000 each. 27,636 players won Php 30 each for guessing three numbers.
To claim his/her check, the bettor must go to the PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City. Then, present the winning ticket and two ID cards.
As provided under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law, lotto winnings of more than P10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax.
Unclaimed prizes within a year shall be forfeited.

The Mega Lotto 6/45 is drawn every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The Mega Lotto was last won on July 15, 2024 by a bettor who bought their winning ticket from a lotto outlet in Makati Cinema Square, Makati City.
PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles urged the public to support the agency’s gaming products. This is to raise additional revenue for health initiatives, medical services, and other national charities.
