Naga bettor wins P10-million Mega Lotto jackpot

MANILA, Philippines – One lucky bettor from Naga City bagged the Php 10.3-million jackpot prize of Friday night, February 25, 2022 Mega Lotto 6/45 draw.

In an advisory, Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced on Saturday that the winner will take home the Php 10,304,636.60 jackpot prize.

The winning combination was 06-22-23-41-36-21 and the lucky ticket was purchased in Naga City, Camarines Sur.

Some 9 bettors who guessed five correct numbers won second prize and will receive PHP32,000 each.

Meanwhile, 612 players guessed four of the six winning combination and they will get Php 1,000 each. 12,923 players won Php 30 each for guessing three numbers.

To claim his/her check, the bettor must go to the PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City and present the winning ticket and two ID cards.

As provided under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law, lotto winnings of more than P10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax.

The Mega Lotto 6/45 is drawn every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

PCSO General Manager Royina Garma urged the public to keep on patronizing PCSO games to generate more funds for health programs, medical assistance and services, and charities.

The PCSO is the principal government agency for raising and providing funds for health programs, medical assistance and services, and charities of national character.
