Nueva Ecija, Manila bettors split P70.9-M Mega Lotto jackpot

MANILA, Philippines – Bettors from Nueva Ecija and Manila won and will split the Php 70.9 million jackpot prize of Monday night, February 26, 2024 Mega Lotto 6/45 draw.

In an advisory, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced that the winners will share the Php 70,879,526.00 jackpot prize.

The winning combination was 09-07-29-28-11-18.

The tickets were bought at Bulalo St., Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija and Blumentritt St., Sta. Cruz, Manila

125 bettors who guessed five correct numbers won second prize and will receive Php 32,000 each.

Meanwhile, 4,383 players guessed four of the six winning combination and they will get Php 1,000 each. 51,875 players won Php 30 each for guessing three numbers.

To claim their checks, the bettors must go to the PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City. Present the winning ticket and two ID cards.

As provided under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law, lotto winnings of more than P10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax.

Unclaimed prizes within a year shall be forfeited.

PCSO conducts Mega Lotto 6/45 draws every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The Mega Lotto was last won on January 24, 2024 by a bettor who bought the winning ticket from a lotto outlet in General Trias City, Cavite.

The PCSO urged the public to keep on patronizing their lotto games. This is to generate more funds for health programs, medical assistance and services, and charities.
