PCSO Lotto Jackpot Winners 2023

The full list of PCSO Lotto jackpot winners for 2023 is available here as we update this page regularly.

Based on the past records, there are at least 3-5 lotto jackpot winners per month.

In 2022, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) listed 58 instances of winning the jackpot bearing games and at least 9 times in which multiple bettors shared on the prize.

In 2021, there were 50 instances of winning the jackpot prize and at least 4 times in which bettors shared on the prize.

All jackpot prizes must be claimed at the PCSO main office in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.

Winners must write their names and signature on the back of the winning tickets and present two government-issued identification cards or documents.

Winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim the prize, as specified in Republic Act 1169, the law on PCSO lotteries.

As provided under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law, lotto winnings of more than P10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax.

December 29, 2023: A lucky bettor from Ligao, Albay bagged a whopping Php 571.6 million jackpot in the Ultra Lotto. He/she correctly guessed 19-35-25-42-58-05 winning combination.

December 28, 2023: Solo bettor from San Jose del Monte, Bulacan won Php 43.9 million jackpot in the Lotto 6/42. The lucky player hit the winning combination 18-34-01-11-28-04.

November 14, 2023: Solo bettor from Marulas, Valenzuela won the Php 5.9 million jackpot in the Lotto 6/42. The winning combination was 01-12-21-28-08-18.

November 11, 2023: Two bettors from Iloilo City and Nueva Ecija hit the jackpot in the Lotto 6/42 and Grand Lotto 6/55 winning Php 10.9 million and Php 116.6 million, respectively. The winning combination was 03-28-17-11-26-16 for Lotto 6/42 while 52-08-41-11-27-31 for the Grand Lotto.

January 3, 2023: Lone bettor from Merville, Parañaque City bagged Php 19.5 million jackpot prize in the Mega Lotto 6/45 draw. The winning combination was 04-26-38-15-34-17.

In October 2022, PCSO logged a historic draw, in which 433 bettors won and will share the Php 236-M jackpot prize of the Grand Lotto 6/55. The lucky players guessed the winning combination of 09-45-36-27-18-54 (multiples of 9).

In the history of lotto in the country, the jackpot of P1.18-billion for Ultra Lotto, which was won by two lucky bettors in October 2018, was the biggest so far.

About PCSO Lotto Games

The PCSO urged the public to patronize their lotto games to generate more funds to be used to assist Filipinos.

The PCSO serves as the principal government agency for raising and providing funds for health programs, medical assistance and services, and charities of national character.

One of its key programs is the Medical Access Program (MAP), which is designed to augment the medical needs of Filipinos nationwide, particularly hospital confinement, chemotherapy, dialysis, and post-transplant medicines.

The program is funded by revenues from PCSO games nationwide.
