Romblon bettor wins Php 17-M Mega Lotto jackpot on July 8, 2024
Mega Lotto Jackpot Winner – A bettor from Romblon bagged the Php 17.6 million jackpot prize of Monday night, July 8, 2024 Mega Lotto 6/45 draw.
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the bettor guessed the winning combination of 36-25-19-37-07-11. The total jackpot prize was Php 17,567,700.60.
The ticket was bought from a lotto outlet at F. Zamora Street in Odiongan, Romblon.
40 bettors who guessed five correct numbers won second prize and will receive Php 32,000 each.
Meanwhile, 1,549 players guessed four of the six winning combination and they will get Php 1,000 each. 23,895 players won Php 30 each for guessing three numbers.
To claim his/her check, the bettor must go to the PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City. Then, present the winning ticket and two ID cards.
As provided under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law, lotto winnings of more than P10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax.
Unclaimed prizes within a year shall be forfeited.

The Mega Lotto 6/45 is drawn every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The Mega Lotto was last won on June 26, 2024 by a bettor who bought their winning ticket from a lotto outlet in Pili, Camarines Sur.
PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles urged the public to support the agency’s gaming products. This is to raise additional revenue for health initiatives, medical services, and other national charities.
